  • Exam takes 9 sessions: First 3 with optometrist (comprehensive eye exam, vision therapy evaluation, perceptual exam; if necessary the next 6 are with neuropsychiatrist (1 intake, 4 testing sessions (includes full neuropsychological and psychoeducational evaluations), 1 reporting conference)
  • Some evening hours available
