Our 2009 Life After High School Conference was held on the campus of C.W. Post College on Sunday, October 18, 2009. This year the program was co-sponsored by the Compass Project, which serves students with learning differences on campuses on Long Island, Queens, and Westchester Counties.

Our keynote speaker was Dr. Paul Yellin , who spoke about "How to Help Struggling Students Make a Successful Transition to Adulthood".

As always, the families and students attending had lots of questions for the college representatives and lots of positive feedback about the program. We are already working to plan next fall’s program – check our website for details when available.
